Refund policy

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, without providing a justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, free of scratches, dents, or any internal defects, and functioning as new. Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
